Okie… here’s a little story about my family:-

My grandpa came to Singapore from China at the age of 18 in 19xx, his name was 李清標。He had 2 elder sisters，his father’s name was 李可聘 and his mum 陈凤莲。He had 2 wifes, the first one (陈到… I think) was arranged by his family when he was in China.  The second one, which is my grandma, he married her in Singapore during World War II.  My grandma migrated from China when she was 12.  My grandma’s name is 庄巧花.  We are teochews by origin… we are 潮安人。My grandparents had 12 children (6 boys & 6 girls)… it’s a huge family. 

Here’s the objective for setting up this blog… nothing noble, just an online ‘chat room’ for the family and a spot for me to post my nonsense.  Not sure if this blog will last long… we’ll see J
